The new Vesuvian brand was created to preserve the history, identity, creativity and industriousness of the area in the shadow of the volcano. Creatives, entrepreneurs and professionals from the scientific and humanistic worlds, after years of collaboration and participation in innovative and experimental projects, have decided to continue this experience by coming together under a single brand. The promoters of the project are Claudio Rodolfo Salerno, former president of the Institute for the Diffusion of Natural Sciences, together with architect/designer Enrico Borriello, artist/photographer Stefano Piancastelli, green economy researcher Alfonso Nappo and alchemist Federico Nappo. The leitmotif that drives the participants in the creation of the Brand is not the pursuit of profit at all costs, but the desire to continue along a common path, pooling experience and sharing an increasingly green and sustainable growth. In this long period of suspension, due to the pandemic, the need to connect to the web and implement positive content has grown more and more. For some time now, the web has offered many of our companies the opportunity to go beyond their local location, enabling them to increase and enhance the visibility and communication of their brand at international level.

This is how ALKVÈ was conceptually born, synonymous with Vesuvian Alchemy, transmutation of the social fabric and new development of the territory. ALKVÈ is a creative project. It accentuates the value of diversity. It does not reproduce but experiments. It does not pursue but innovates. What is different makes the difference. It is necessary to signal one's own culture so that change replaces rhetoric. Connection is communication. And in the era of the new digital identity, the decisive difference is between “what is” and “what seems”. ALKVÈ was born as a digital brand, a clear reference to Mediterranean culture. Art, Science, Communication and Business share and support this new project promoted by the Institute for the Diffusion of Natural Sciences. A creative and alternative proposal, sharing a common path in which the story of the individual is worth more than the interests of the group, transmuted into Alkhimie Vesuviane.
